Apache SQP:
The Apache SQP portable batch plant offers a three or four compartment hinged overhead storage bin with a capacity of 64 tons to 160 tons. The 56 ton cement silo travels with the plant mainframe in one load and offers the ability to add another 56 ton auxiliary silo that sits on the plant mainframe. Travel Dimension of 68’-2” Long x 14’-4” Tall x 11’-0” Wide.
Renegade:
The Renegade self-erecting portable batch plant is a highly portable plant with three aggregate storage/weigh bins totaling 100 tons that can be loader fed. The main silo and auxiliary silo offer 120 tons of storage. Plant includes a water surge tank, water weigh batcher, hydraulic plant leveling system, aeration blower, and truck dust collection shroud pre-piped that only requires a flex connection to the central dust collector.
Dakota 12:
The Dakota 12 is a self-erecting in-truss cement style batch plant that offers two to four aggregate compartments with 28 to 36 tons of capacity and a 12-yard aggregate batcher. The aggregate bins can be equipped with 4’-0” foldable bin extensions for increased storage capacity. The in-truss cement silo offers 59 tons of capacity and has two high speed 9” screw conveyors. The plant is fully self-erecting, requires no foundations, has a 12’-6” aggregate bin charging height, and a 13’-6” discharge height.
