SCE offers a wide range of stationary batch plants from small footprints to large storage capacity plants. All batch plants can be upgraded with many options or customized to fit your needs.
Apache: The Apache plant offers a slanted aggregate batcher with overhead storage capacities from 64 tons to 208 tons and from 2 to 6 compartments. Compartment dividers can be in-line, windowpane, or x configuration to accommodate direct feed conveyors, rail mounted radial stackers, turn heads, or flop chutes. The Apache plant is paired with our Arrowhead round silos with capacities from 493 BBL to 1160 BBL in single or two-compartment configurations.
Comanche: The Comanche plant offers a cone style batcher giving it the flexibility to position the transfer conveyor on the wide or narrow side of the bin. Available in storage capacities from 64 tons to 400 tons and from 2 to 6 compartments. Compartment dividers can be in-line, windowpane, or x configuration to accommodate direct feed conveyors, rail mounted radial stackers, turn heads, or flop chutes. The Comanche plant is paired with our Arrowhead round silos with capacities from 493 BBL to 1160 BBL in single or two-compartment configurations.
Tomahawk: The Tomahawk plant offers rectangle cement silo storage from 200 tons to 460 tons with two to six compartments. The Tomahawk rectangle silo eliminates screw conveyors and reduces the number of piers and footers required. This configuration makes adding the tilt mixer easier, allowing plenty of room for the mixer frame and service platforms. The Tomahawk is paired with the Comanche or Apache aggregate systems in lieu of the Arrowhead round silos.
