A lifetime of concrete plants:

Tim Buckner, Sterling Concrete Equipment’s founder, started working at Columbus Bin, an industry leading plant manufacturer in Hilliard, Ohio in 1978. There he learned all aspects of building concrete plants from design, fabrication, painting, and wiring. Upon the purchase of Columbus Bin by Besser Appco in 1992, Columbus Bin was consolidated and moved to San Antonio, Texas.

From there Tim entered the sales side of batch plants working until 2010 when Sterling Concrete Equipment was formed with his son Ross Buckner.

Today, Sterling Concrete Equipment sells an expansive line of batch plants, equipment, and parts that serve the ready mix and precast industries. A lifetime of concrete plants knowledge from manufacturing to end user still drives us today.
